Currently, he serves as a Project Procurement Manager at Siemens, where he leads the strategic coordination of procurement and partnerships—a critical role in the success of large-scale global industrial projects.

A Mechatronics Engineer and graduate of the Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm, Tchana Yoba has forged a solid reputation for expertise in industrial planning, supply chain engineering, and operational performance optimization. His work operates at the crossroads of business, technology, and strategic negotiation, ensuring a rigorous alignment between economic performance, innovation, and sustainability.

Beyond his technical and managerial skills, Tchana Yoba is driven by a broader ambition: building concrete bridges between Africa’s key players, both on the continent and within the diaspora. He works tirelessly to unite these talents around an ecosystem of economic and technological transformation. His goal is to position Africa not as a passive recipient of global shifts, but as a central and proactive architect of its own destiny.
